Placing an Online Order with Naturali Home is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below:

Naturali Home LLC dba Naturali Home is required to collect tax on most purchases. We are only able to designate an account as Tax Exempt if they meet one of the requirements (below) and have a Naturali Home Account on our website:

  • Non-Profit Organizations that have received a Tax Exemption from the Internal Revenue Service.
  • For-Profit Organizations who intend to resell our products.

Terms of Sale & Associated Policies of Naturali Home LLC

 
These Terms of Sale and Associated Policies (the "Terms of Sale" or "these terms") govern the purchase ("purchase", "sale", "order", "transaction") of any product or service of by you (the "customer", "buyer", "recipient", "originator" or "you") from Naturali Home LLC dba Naturali Home and our operational partners, collectively known as Naturali Home ("Naturali Home", "Naturali Home LLC", "Naturali", "Us", "Our" or "We").
 
These terms apply to every purchase made by you, regardless of the method or sales channel with which the order was created. This includes third party marketplaces (including but not limited to: Etsy, Faire, Abound, Tundra, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
 
Please read these Terms of Sale and Associated Policies carefully. They contain very important information about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
 
By making a purchase of any kind from Naturali Home, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms, without limitations or qualifications of any sort. These terms are subject to modification with or without prior notice or notification at any time in our sole discretion. You should review these terms before each and every purchase to ensure you are up to date on any and all changes.

Orders

Unless you and Naturali Home have executed a separate written sales agreement, then, unless such separate agreement is referenced in your order, these Terms of Sale will govern our sale of products and/or services to you, and by placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale with regard to that order. The preprinted terms of any documents, such as purchase orders, that you may submit to us in conjunction with an order for products will not alter, change or add to these terms, regardless of how we acknowledge or accept your order and regardless of the fact that such pre-printed terms may contain language stipulating that they supersede these Terms of Use. All orders are deemed to have been placed and accepted at 787 Long Hill Road, Groton, CT 06340. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and once accepted, an order cannot be canceled, modified or rescheduled by you without our consent. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, or to limit the size of any order, at any time in our sole discretion.
 
Canceled orders will be refunded in the form of store credit and will not under any circumstances be returned to your original payment method regardless of which party requests or initiates the cancellation. Store credit for canceled orders will be of the final amount paid by you including the net sum of any discounts, coupons, promotional credit, taxes, shipping and fees.
 
Changes to Orders
Naturali Home reserves the right to change or modify your order at our sole discretion to expedite fulfillment of any back-ordered or out of stock products. In most cases this happens when a size option is not available. 

Wholesale Orders & Selling
Naturali Home Wholesale is our program for allowing retailers and other businesses to purchase our products for resale in their physical location or on their website. The following policies and guidelines apply to ALL Wholesale Orders, regardless of the sales channel or method with which they were placed:
 
  1. Wholesale Customers may place orders at any time with a Naturali Home Wholesale Account that has been verified by Naturali Home Staff or one of our third party partners (ex. Faire.com).
  2. Orders placed before an account has been verified (or while the account is on hold for any reason) will be fulfilled/processed as soon as the hold or verification is complete.
  3. We reserve the right to, at our sole and irrevocable discretion, modify or cancel any Wholesale Order at any time with or without written notice.
  4. Wholesale Damage must be reported to Naturali Home's Wholesale Team at wholesale@shopnaturali.com within 5 days. You must include pictures of the damaged items AND an image of the shipping box. Upon review and at our sole and irrevocable discretion, your account manager may issue store credit in the amount of the damaged items. As indicated in our Shipping and Damaged Products sections below, Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances and Naturali Home is not responsible for any damage to your order once it has left our facility. 
  5. Wholesale Customers are assigned an Account Manager (AM). Your AM is your primary point of contact with Naturali Home and may add additional policies or terms to your account. Any additional or changed policies that your AM advises you of take effect immediately as if they are a part of these terms, even if they are not written or recorded in these terms. Any changes will be sent via email or USPS letter service as well as reflected in our CMS.
  6. If your order was placed through a third party marketplace (ex. Faire.com), you must request any refund or report damage through said marketplace. Our team does not have access to do this on your behalf.
  7. Naturali Home Wholesale Orders may be returned at the sole and irrevocable discretion of your Account Manager. If approved, your refund will be in the form of store credit for use on a future Naturali Home Order. Refunds will NOT be made to your original payment method.
  8. When contacting the Naturali Home Wholesale Team, please provide your Customer Account Number to expedite your request. This number can be found under the Account Management section of your Naturali Home Account on our website.


Free Samples
At this time, Naturali Home does not offer free samples of any kind to our customers. In the event that a free sample program is started, this section will be updated with specifics.

Availability
Availability of our products and/or services is subject to change without notice. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to advise you when the product will be available. Naturali Home shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising in connection with products which are out of stock or otherwise unavailable. In the event that a product is out of stock or back-ordered, Naturali Home, at the sole discretion of the Executive Management Team, may give you a store credit voucher/gift card rather than refund the amount back to your original payment method. Naturali Home reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product or service at any time without notice to you or any other third party.

Prices
Prices shall be our published prices for the products or as otherwise quoted by us to you in writing. Unless otherwise specified by us, any written or electronic price quotes we may provide from time to time are valid only for the period of time specified in such quote. We reserve the right to increase the price for any product without notice to you (provided, that we will not increase prices for products which have been previously ordered by you but not yet shipped). We are not responsible for any errors on the Site. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers or manufacturers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price.

No Minimum Order
We do not require a minimum dollar amount for orders.  The minimum quantity required may vary between products.  Promotions may require minimum dollar amounts or purchase quantities to qualify for promotional pricing or products. 

Tax Information

All prices are net of any sales, use, excise, value added and similar taxes imposed by any governmental authority regardless of how denominated; and any international shipping charges, broker's fees, consular fees and customs duties, which shall all be your sole responsibility. You shall pay all such taxes or charges. In the event (i) we are required to pay any taxes or other charges for which you are responsible, you shall promptly repay these amounts to us immediately upon receipt of our invoice, or (ii) we ship any product(s) internationally which have been pre-paid, we have the right to cause such product(s) to be returned or otherwise disposed of in the event you fail to pay any customs or duties required to be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon shipment terms. 

Severely past-due tax invoices will be sent to one of our internal or third party Accounts Receivable/Collections Teams. At our sole discretion, Naturali Home may block or limit your ability to make purchases with us while you still have a past-due balance.

Tax Exemption

If you or your organization is exempt from the payment of sales tax, you must submit the proper documentation to us prior to placing your order to avoid collection of tax.  Due to Federal & Connecticut State laws and regulations, we are unable to refund sales tax assessed on orders placed before your tax exemption paperwork is processed.  

Every Organization’s tax situation is different. In order for our team to get your request processed as quickly and accurately as possible, we ask that an authorized member of your company email us with the following information:
 
  • Legal Company Name & DBA
  • IRS EIN Number
  • IRS Tax Exempt Letter If Applicable or State Sales Tax Exemption Form
  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Contact Phone Number

You may now submit a Tax Exemption Request through the Account Management Section on your Naturali Home Account at www.shopnaturali.com.
 
Once we receive your email, we will check the information provided and notify you if there is any further verification to complete.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your tax exemption paperwork. Upon processing your request, you will receive an email notification confirming future purchases will automatically be processed as exempt from sales tax.

If you plan to create multiple accounts for your organization, please also send us the names and emails of all employees or affiliates that are authorized to place orders on behalf of your company.

While Naturali Home may not currently collect sales or use tax in your state, your purchase is not necessarily exempt from sales or use tax merely because it was purchased via the internet. Some states require purchasers in that state to file a sales and/or use tax return each year reporting all non-taxed purchases and to pay tax on those purchases.  Many states require that a reseller pay tax on purchases made for consumption rather than resale. Any information about how your state collects taxes should be found on your state’s Department of Revenue website.

Payment Terms

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay, Klarna and PayPal. Your credit card, debit card or virtual payment method will be charged at the time any order is placed. You agree to address any and all product and transaction claims solely with us and not to initiate, under any set of circumstances, charge refusals or charge-backs with credit card issuers, and you agree to indemnify us for any expenses or damages we may suffer on account of the initiation by you of any such charge refusal or charge-back.

If you have an active Naturali Home Wholesale Account, you may have the ability to place orders on Payment On Shipment (POS Terms) or Net Payment Terms (NET). To be considered POS or NPT, you must have placed a minimum of 3 orders with us. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Naturali Home Wholesale Team and subject to additional terms and conditions. Naturali Home may change the requirements for approval or terms at any time. You will receive an invoice for your order with a payment due date according to your current payment terms. To place Wholesale Orders with NPT or POS, you must email your order so that we can link it in our system to your account. To inquire about these payment options, please contact your Naturali Home Wholesale Account Manager.

Over the Phone & Email
Naturali Home does accept orders and payments over the phone and through email (orders@shopnaturali.com). In order to keep payments secure, we will send an invoice to your email with a link to a payment portal. We prefer to not take card numbers over the phone unless necessary as there is an additional fee of $4 that will be added to your total.

Waiver Of Payment Dispute Rights & Ability

 
The customer hereby waives their right or ability to file a chargeback or dispute with their bank, digital wallet, PayPal or any other applicable entity, regardless of reason or purpose. If a dispute or chargeback is filed, the customer understands that they will be invoiced with payment due upon receipt for the following:
Part A) Total Amount of the Dispute/Chargeback
Part B) An administrative fee of $20.00 USD
Part C) 3% of the total of Parts A and B
 
(Disputed Amount +$20.00) * 0.03= Part C


Security When Ordering
We understand that online credit card security is of great concern to our customers. So when you enter your credit card number and billing information into our system, it is immediately and securely sent to our bank or payment processor for verification.  We never store our customers' credit card numbers in our system. Additionally, no member of our company (including management) is able to see any more than the last 4 digits of your card number. 

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and Industry Standard Firewalls work together to ensure your privacy and to assist in protecting your personal data.  We use SSL technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information during your online transactions.

All forms requiring payment or personal information, within our website, are secured with SSL technology so your data stays safe and out of malicious hands. Our servers are protected by secure firewalls which are communication management servers specially designed to keep information secure and inaccessible by other Internet users.

If you opt to save your credit card details at checkout, the information is encrypted and stored through a PCI DSS compliant tokenization system that replaces your credit card number with a secure identifier, called a “token” that can only be used on www.shopnaturali.com. You may also choose to set up Shop Pay at checkout to store your payment information (subject to Shopify’s Terms & Policies). This adds several layers of security. Your credit card details will be available when you return to shop with us, adding convenience while remaining secure.

Shipping
Order characteristics such as size, weight and distance will determine the method for delivering your order.  Orders will ship via courier, parcel services or motor freight as selected by Customer at the time the order is placed.  Shipping fees are calculated per order and displayed to Customer prior to order completion and collection of payment. All shipping fees are charged at the time the order is placed and are considered final.
 
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs or fees under any circumstance, even if the entire order is canceled or returned/refunded.
 
If a shipping rate is quoted incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse, adjust or cancel the applicable order whether or not the order has been confirmed or whether or not payment has been remitted. We shall make every reasonable effort to meet your specified delivery date, but in no case shall we be liable to you if we are unable to meet such a date.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact and shipping information.  Additional shipping charges may apply if we or the shipper is unable to contact you, or if you are not available to receive the shipped products, or if products are redirected at your request. In the event the delivery location is not entered correctly, we or the motor freight carrier will bill you directly for any additional shipping, handling or other fees.

Naturali Home will not be held liable for shipments directed to an address other than the shipping address on the original order.
 
Once a shipment has left our facility, Naturali Home is not liable for any damage whatsoever. Any damage must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery to orders@shopnaturali.com. At our sole discretion, Naturali Home may refund the value of the damaged items in the form of store credit. As a reminder: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Orders can be picked up Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10a-5p as well as 10a-3p on Saturdays. An email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you would like to pickup after or before business hours, please schedule at least 24 hours in advance by emailing orders@shopnaturali.com or calling (860) 536-1771.




Automatically Calculated Rates, Overcharges & Undercharges
In general, shipping costs  displayed during checkout are automatically calculated by our shipping partners (UPS or USPS) and not determined by our staff.
 
In the event that you are overcharged for shipping, at our discretion, Naturali Home may upgrade your shipping service or provide samples to compensate for the overcharge.
 
If you are undercharged by our system, at our discretion, we may send an invoice to recover any charges incurred by Naturali Home to fulfill your order.


Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of products sold by Naturali Home, we are unable to accept returns of any products purchased at our Retail Gift Shop, Our Site/Online Sales Channels or via Email/Phone.

We may grant an exception to this policy on a case by case basis for item(s) received within the last 15 days. Email support@shopnaturali.com to request consideration. If Naturali Home, at the sole discretion of the Chief Executive Officer, decides to approve a return & refund, we will send you instructions on how to send your product(s) back to us.  Naturali Home will cover the return shipping costs and associated fees for approved returns only. Once we are in possession of all of the expected item(s), we will process your refund in the form of a digital Naturali Home Gift Card.

If you are approved for a refund or post-payment discount of any kind, you will receive said compensation in the form of a digital Naturali Home Gift Card. Unfortunately, Naturali Home is unable to transmit a refund to your original payment method.

Warranty; Disclaimer
We agree to transfer to you, to the extent we are permitted to do so, any warranties that we have received from our suppliers or manufacturers with respect to the products sold through the Site. In that case we will have no product warranty obligations to you. As an accommodation to you, we will, in certain cases and at our sole discretion, provide reasonable assistance in the processing of product returns for which we have no warranty obligations hereunder. Where a product is warrantied, but we are not permitted to transfer the warranty to you, we will warrant that upon delivery to you (and at no other time), the products purchased will substantially conform to the applicable manufacturer's specifications for such products under the same terms as warranted by the manufacturer to us. Except for this limited warranty which we make solely to you and to the extent permitted by law, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE, OR RESPECTING NON-INFRINGEMENT OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OF ANY CONTENT IN ANY NATURALI HOME LITERATURE OR POSTED ON THE SITE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR USE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM NATURALI HOME COMPLIES WITH LOCAL JURISDICTION CODES AND ALL REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Our warranty obligations with respect to products and your exclusive rights under our warranty are limited, at our option, to repair or replace the products pursuant to the Return Material Authorization procedure described above, or to refund the purchase price paid by you for the affected products.

Reselling by You
The products and services available on the Site and in our Retail Gift Store are for personal and/or professional use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us without the express written permission of the Chief Executive Officer of Naturali Home LLC. Naturali Home reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these Terms.

If granted permission to resell, you shall be solely responsible for providing support to your resellers or customers. You agree to indemnify and hold Naturali Home LLC and Naturali LLC as well as their owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors and affiliates harmless from any claims asserted by a third party, regardless of the theory under which such claim is asserted, arising out of the resale or distribution of any products by you. Also, you are not authorized to use any of our trademarks or trade names or those of our manufacturers or suppliers without our or their consents, as the case may be.

Unauthorized Use of Products
The products sold by us are not intended or authorized for use with any real-time application in which failure of the products could create a situation where personal injury or death may occur. Many of our products, if not used correctly, can cause fires, injury or even death. While we may, from time to time, offer tutorials or guides within various portions of the Site (such as our Wick Guide), you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that you are using all products purchased from us in a safe and appropriate manner.

Naturali Home shall not be liable for any claims, damages or injuries caused by your negligence, the negligence of any of your customers, the misuse of any of our products or services by you or any third party to which you provide access to our products, or any other damages or injuries arising out of your use of any of our products. You agree that you will not use or knowingly sell the products to your customers who intend to use the products in an inappropriate manner or in any unauthorized applications. We and our suppliers shall have no liability when products are used in conjunction with such applications.


Other Agreements Between Customer & Third Parties
The Customer accepts and agrees that in the event these terms contradict or cause them to violate another agreement between a company, brand or other person(s), these terms shall trump and prevail any other agreements. Furthermore, the customer is not allowed to enter into any agreement that would cause them to violate any of Naturali Home's terms or policies OR such an agreement that would contradict our policies for a period of ten (10) years. By placing an order, the Customer is indicating that they hold no agreements with any person or entity that would contradict these terms or require any involved party to violate any of Naturali Home's Policies or Terms.

Limitation of Liability
NEITHER OF US SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, ASSETS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, PROCUREMENT COSTS, OR BUSINESS/PERSONAL INTERRUPTION COSTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF (X) THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY UNDER WHICH SUCH CLAIM IS ASSERTED, OR (Y) FOR ALL OTHER TYPES OF CLAIMS, THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NATURALI HOME DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE APPLICABLE CLAIM.

The collective limitations on our liability under these Terms of Sale apply also to our suppliers who are intended beneficiaries of these limitations.

Export Control
You agree not to export or re-export any product or technical data except in full compliance with the export control laws and regulations of the Federal Government of the United States of America, its departments and agencies, or import or re-export any product or technical data except in full compliance of the laws of the jurisdiction into which, or from which, such product or technical data is being imported or re-exported.

Force Majeure
Except for payment obligations, neither of us shall be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, respectively, including but not limited to acts of God or nature, war, fire, bad weather, flood, accident, labor trouble or shortage, civil disturbance, plant shutdown, equipment failure, voluntary or involuntary compliance with any applicable governmental regulation or order, or shortage or inability to obtain (on terms deemed practicable by the party affected) any raw materials (including energy), equipment or transportation. In cases of material shortages we reserve the right to allocate the delivery of affected materials as we see fit. The time for performance shall be extended by the period of the applicable force majeure event.

Intellectual Property
You hereby recognize Naturali Home's intellectual property rights in its name, the Site and all other intellectual property owned by Naturali Home, and nothing herein shall be deemed to assign ownership of any such intellectual property to you. Our intellectual property may include, but is not limited to, patents, patent applications, copyrights (including drawings, prints, manuals and specifications), trademarks and service marks (registered or unregistered) and applications thereof, "trade dress", and technical, proprietary and confidential information. You affirm that you are obtaining the products or services sold through the Site for use as intended. You will not reverse-engineer or use any product to develop similar products to those purchased from the Site, nor will you knowingly or willingly permit your customers, employees, contractors or affiliates to do the same. For purposes of these Terms of Use, "reverse engineering" includes, but is not limited to, disassembly of a product or discovery of the chemicals or other components of a fragrance, or utilization of our specifications and/or literature for the purposes of developing one or more similar or derivative products or services that can be reasonably regarded as competitive with our offerings.

Independent Contractors
Neither Naturali Home nor the Customer shall be deemed to be the agent or legal representative of the other for any purpose whatsoever. We are independent contractors and neither of us shall represent or hold ourselves out in any other capacity.

Compliance with Laws
Each of us agrees to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to our respective performance under these Terms of Sale and in the conduct of our business operations and to be responsible for obtaining any approvals or licenses necessary to maintain such compliance.

Assignment
For the purposes of clarification, any individual who has access to or places an order from your Naturali Home Account or as a guest on our site shall be treated as if it were you who placed the order. You may not assign these Terms of Sale to any other party(s), by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any assignment attempted in violation of this provision shall be void and of no legal effect.

Additional Policies, Disclosures and Terms & Conditions

You are responsible for regularly viewing our policies and checking for updates. Violations to any of the policies may result in us declining future orders from you or your organization, blacklisting your IP Address or banning you from any property owned, rented or managed by Naturali Home.



Representations and Warranties
You hereby represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into this agreement, that these Terms of Use are binding on you and/or the company for which you are an employee or agent, and that you are, as of the date hereof, and will be, as of the date of any order, solvent.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut excluding its choice of law provisions. The United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

Arbitration
We agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through our respective representatives. If, after thirty (30) days we are unable to do so, then we each agree that any claim or controversy of any sort relating to our agreement shall be determined by in person arbitration at a location of Naturali Home’s choosing within the borders of New London County, Connecticut, before one arbitrator. At the option of the first to commence an arbitration, the arbitration shall be administered either by the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator shall have no power to add to, delete from or modify these Terms of Sale. Each of us shall have the right to conduct discovery to which we would be entitled had the dispute been resolved in the appropriate court within the State of Connecticut. Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude either of us from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. The arbitrator may, as part of the award, allocate all or part of the costs of the arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrator and the reasonable attorneys' fees of the prevailing party. 

Regardless of the outcome of arbitration, the Customer (you) will be responsible for any travel, lodging or other costs associated with traveling to New London County, Connecticut if you are not local. You are also responsible for any travel, lodging or other costs if member(s) of our company or legal team are required to travel outside of New London County, Connecticut.

Other Sales
Nothing herein shall be deemed to limit or restrict our ability to sell products or services to, or otherwise work, with any other company, business or individual, including, without limitation, your direct competitors.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Sale and the transaction specific terms of any order accepted by us in writing represent our entire agreement with respect to your order. No modification or amendment or waiver of rights will be effective except in a written document signed by both you and all of the owners/officers of our company. Waiver of any breach or default will not constitute a waiver of any other right hereunder or any subsequent breach or default. We reserve the right to alter or change these Terms of Sale at any time with respect to future orders that you may place with us.

Severability
If any provision or portion of a provision of these Terms of Sale are held illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with any law by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal, such portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Sale and the validity of the remainder of these Terms of Sale shall not be affected thereby.

If you have a question or need clarification on any provision or section of this agreement, you may contact our Company Policy Administrator via USPS Letter. We will reply within 10 business days after receiving your letter.
